I really looked forward to the work being completed because I knew it would be exactly what we needed. We decided to have BIM Projects build a retaining wall and install new drainage. Then, around 5:30 on a Saturday night, we discovered an incredibly large leak coming through the backyard—something I’d never seen before. A few months ago, a water main broke up the hill and sent a torrent of water through our property. It was a pretty harrowing experience.
However, all the work Kane and his team had done stood the test of time and water. Honestly, I can’t believe it. It’s a real testament to the quality of BIM Projects’ work. The process was straightforward, and Kane was proactive. Communication was key for us, and you could tell they truly cared—they wanted the problem to go away for us. Other people just seemed to understand what we needed, but Kane and his team came in, listened, and delivered.
We work from home quite a bit, so we wanted to avoid too much disruption to our schedule. They were fantastic with that, and you could tell the team knew exactly what they were doing—really trustworthy guys, and great with the kids and animals. It was a very collaborative experience with a lot of back and forth, keeping us in the loop the whole time.
One thing I can’t stress enough is how lovely Kane and his team are to work with. I recommend BIM Projects to everyone. We’ve lived in the house for 10 years, and we’ve had many contractors through. By far, they are the best we’ve ever dealt with.
